GChat offers a hassle-free installation service, at no extra charge, for all Visichat licence holders. The free installation service also includes one time integration with an existing community or CMS database, if required. By doing both at the same time, GChat can test and guarantee functionality of the deployed solution before it is made available live to end users.

Customers who plan to host their chat themselves or through another service provider, can choose to opt out of the free installation service. This option is good for experienced and technically inclined chat owners, who wish to have maximum control over how their flash chat is installed.

But don't worry, if you change your mind later, we will still perform the one-time free installation for you. This extra service remains associated with your Visichat account until you use it or upto one month from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
